WHY OCCUPROS

Safety breaks down when every piece lives with a different vendor.

Training from one provider. Audits from another. Staffing from someone else. Equipment from a distributor. When records live in different places and responsibility is split across vendors, gaps open fast. OccuPros brings the work under one accountable relationship so your team gets clearer accountability, cleaner coordination, and support that actually fits how your operation runs.

“

Eddie our trainer was awesome. He arrived on time, toured the yard to assess our equipment, and built a personalized training presentation we could follow along on our laptops. Informative, engaging, and concise, it covered everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking to complete the train-the-trainer program.

“

OccuPros did not deliver a generic combustible-dust lecture; they built the training around our specific materials, equipment, and operational layout. High energy, deep expertise, and a knack for making complex science accessible. We really enjoyed it and appreciate the delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get quick answers about OSHA training, safety consulting, and staffing from the OccuPros team.

What is OSHA training and who needs it?

OSHA training teaches employees and supervisors how to recognize and prevent workplace hazards so everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. Under federal law, most employers are required to provide safety training that covers the specific hazards their workers face, whether that is fall protection on a construction site, confined-space entry at a refinery, or hazard communication in a warehouse. OccuPros offers a broad safety-training catalog, with Spanish versions available for selected courses. Check each course page for its published language and training scope. We deliver training on-site at your location, taught by experienced safety professionals who know what real jobsites look like, and through self-paced online courses that end with a certificate of completion. Our online OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour courses are Awareness & Prep courses. A Department of Labor (DOL) OSHA Outreach card requires successful completion of an authorized Outreach course, either with an OSHA-authorized trainer or through an OSHA-authorized online provider. OccuPros offers instructor-led Outreach training for crews; our self-paced Awareness & Prep courses do not issue DOL cards. If you are unsure which training your team needs, our consultants can run a quick gap analysis and build a training plan that keeps you compliant without shutting down production.

How much does a safety consultant cost?

Safety consulting rates depend on the scope of work: a one-time jobsite audit is priced differently from an ongoing outsourced safety director engagement. Most of our project-based consulting starts with a free initial consultation so we can understand your operations, headcount, and compliance gaps before quoting a flat fee or daily rate. For companies that need a dedicated safety presence but cannot justify a full-time hire, our Outsourced Safety Director (OSD) service delivers senior-level expertise at a fraction of the cost. We work with businesses of every size, from 10-person subcontractors to Fortune 500 operations, and tailor our pricing accordingly. Contact us for a no-obligation quote, and we will respond within one business day.

What is an outsourced safety director (OSD)?

An outsourced safety director is a seasoned EHS professional who functions as your company's safety leader without being on your permanent payroll. Through OccuPros' OSD program, you get a dedicated expert who writes and manages your safety programs, conducts site inspections, leads incident investigations, and represents you during OSHA interactions, all on a flexible schedule that fits your budget. This model is especially popular with mid-size construction, manufacturing, and energy companies that need senior-level safety leadership but do not have enough volume to warrant a full-time director. Our OSD clients see measurable drops in recordable incidents and consistently stronger audit results. If you are spending more time worrying about compliance than running your business, an OSD engagement is worth a conversation.

Do you offer online OSHA training courses?

Yes. OccuPros offers a full catalog of self-paced online safety courses that your team can complete from any device, anywhere in the country, and every online course ends with a certificate of completion. The catalog covers specialty topics like fall protection, scaffolding, excavation safety, and hazard communication, plus OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Awareness & Prep courses for construction and general industry. The online OSHA 10 and 30 courses build knowledge but do not include a Department of Labor (DOL) card. OccuPros trainers are OSHA-authorized Outreach trainers and issue genuine DOL cards in instructor-led OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 classes. Employers can book those classes on-site for their crew, and individuals can join our waitlist for in-person classes. We also offer blended learning: online coursework paired with a hands-on evaluation on-site. Forklift and aerial lift operators need that hands-on evaluation before their employer can certify them, and AHA CPR and First Aid certification requires an in-person skills session. Reach out to set up group access or enroll individual learners today.

What industries do you serve?

OccuPros works with companies across virtually every industry where workplace safety matters. Our largest client base spans construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, utilities, healthcare, and municipal government, but we also support food processing, telecommunications, education, and petrochemical operations. With over 200 safety professionals in our network and a roster of professionally certified, AHA-authorized, and State Fire Marshal licensed credentials, we bring the right expertise to each sector's unique hazards. Whether you need a bilingual trainer for a concrete crew or a process-safety engineer for a refinery turnaround, we have you covered. We serve clients locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and nationwide.

How quickly can you deploy a safety professional?

In most cases, OccuPros can have a qualified safety professional on your site within 24 to 48 hours. Our staffing network includes over 200 vetted safety pros, from entry-level safety attendants to CSP-credentialed managers, positioned across the country and ready to mobilize. We handle emergency deployments regularly for clients facing surprise OSHA inspections, incident response needs, or last-minute project staffing gaps. Every professional we place is background-checked, drug-screened, and matched to your industry and scope requirements before they arrive. Call or submit a staffing request through our website and we will start sourcing immediately.
