Sound Familiar?

Sending workers offsite for training creates operational nightmares. You lose productive hours to travel, struggle to coordinate schedules across crews, and pay premium prices for training that does not address your specific workplace. Meanwhile, the work keeps piling up and deadlines do not move.

Hours Lost to Travel Time

Your workers spend two hours driving to a training center, sit through a four-hour class, then drive two hours back. That is an entire eight-hour day gone for four hours of actual training. Multiply that by every worker who needs certification, and you are bleeding productivity and paying workers to sit in traffic.

Scheduling Entire Crews Is Impossible

Public training classes run on fixed schedules that never align with your operations. You cannot pull an entire crew off a project on Tuesday because that is when the training center has openings. So you send workers in batches, stretching certifications over weeks while some operate with expired credentials.

Generic Content Misses Your Hazards

Training centers teach generic scenarios using stock photos of equipment your workers have never seen. They return with certificates but zero knowledge of how to apply those concepts to your specific machinery, your job site conditions, or the hazards unique to your operations. The box is checked but the protection is missing.

On-Site Safety Training Services

Our mobile training team brings the classroom to your location. Whether it is your facility, job site, or corporate office, we deliver the same quality OSHA-compliant training without the logistical headaches. Your workers stay on site, minimize downtime, and receive training tailored to their actual working environment.

Equipment-Specific Training

Hands-on operator training using YOUR actual equipment. Forklift certification on your forklifts. Aerial lift training on your boom lifts and scissor lifts. Site-Specific Hazard Training

Training customized to address the exact hazards present at your location. We assess your site, identify specific risks, and develop training that prepares workers for YOUR confined spaces, YOUR electrical systems, YOUR chemical exposures. Real hazards, real solutions, not hypothetical scenarios from a textbook.

Best for: Sites with unique or complex hazards

New Hire Orientation

Comprehensive safety orientation delivered on-site for new employees starting work. Cover general safety awareness, site-specific hazards, emergency procedures, and required regulatory training before they set foot on the production floor. Frequently Asked Questions

How many workers can you train at once on site?

Class sizes depend on the training topic and your available space. Classroom-based courses like OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 can accommodate up to 40 participants. Hands-on equipment training typically works best with 8-12 participants to ensure everyone gets adequate practice time. For larger groups, we run multiple sessions back-to-back or split into concurrent tracks with multiple instructors. Tell us your headcount and we will design the most efficient training schedule.

What do we need to provide for on-site training?

Minimal requirements on your end. For classroom training, we need a space with seating, a wall or screen for projection, and access to power. We bring our own projector, materials, and supplies. For equipment training, we need access to the equipment being used for certification. For job site training, we need a covered area or access to an indoor space during inclement weather. We handle everything else including handouts, evaluation forms, and certification materials.

How far in advance do we need to schedule on-site training?

Ideally two weeks notice allows us to coordinate schedules and prepare any site-specific materials. However, we understand that safety training needs often arise urgently. We have handled same-week and even next-day requests when circumstances require it. Call us at (469) 746-4040 with your timeline and we will tell you exactly what we can accommodate. Rush scheduling may be available depending on instructor availability.

Do you issue official OSHA cards for on-site training?

Yes. Our instructors are authorized OSHA Outreach Trainers who can issue official Department of Labor wallet cards for OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour courses. These are the same DOL cards issued at any training center. We provide temporary certificates on site immediately after training, and official DOL cards arrive within 4-6 weeks. The location of training does not affect the validity or recognition of the credentials.

How is on-site training priced compared to sending workers offsite?

On-site training is priced per session, not per person, which typically creates significant savings for groups of 8 or more workers. You also save on travel time, mileage reimbursement, and lost productivity. When you factor in the full cost of sending workers offsite, on-site training often costs 30-50% less per worker for medium to large groups. We provide detailed quotes that let you compare total costs. Call (469) 746-4040 for a custom quote based on your specific training needs and headcount.

Can you train workers at active construction job sites?

Absolutely. We conduct on-site training at active construction sites throughout Texas regularly. Our instructors arrive with appropriate PPE, complete your site orientation, and adapt training delivery to job site conditions. We can use job trailers, covered areas, or any space you designate. For hands-on components, we incorporate actual site conditions which makes the training more relevant and memorable for workers who will apply it immediately.

What geographic area do you cover for on-site training?

We provide on-site training throughout Texas with concentrations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. For locations beyond major metro areas, travel fees may apply depending on distance. We have conducted training at remote oil field locations, rural manufacturing facilities, and everywhere in between. If you have a Texas location that needs training, we can get there. Contact us with your location details for specific availability.

Can training be customized to include our specific policies and procedures?

Yes. One major advantage of on-site training is the ability to incorporate your company-specific content. We can reference your safety policies, demonstrate proper procedures using your equipment, and use photos from your actual workplace in presentations. For recurring training relationships, we develop customized materials that blend OSHA requirements with your internal standards. This creates training that satisfies regulatory requirements while reinforcing your specific safety culture and procedures.
