Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand schedules change. Cancel at least 48 hours before your class for a full refund or free reschedule to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refund. No-shows forfeit registration fees. If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to another session at no cost.

Public Safety Classes Texas - Common Questions
Who can attend public safety classes?
Anyone can attend our public safety classes in Texas. You do not need employer sponsorship or company enrollment. Individuals between jobs, workers whose employers do not offer training, people starting safety careers, and anyone wanting to add credentials to their resume are all welcome. You must be at least 18 years old for most classes. Some equipment classes may have physical requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal for online registration. If you need to pay by check or money order, contact us to make arrangements before the class date. For corporate training or group bookings, we can invoice with net-30 terms for qualified businesses.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your class for a full refund or free transfer to another date. Within 48 hours, you may reschedule once but refunds are not available. No-shows forfeit the registration fee. To cancel or reschedule, email us at training@occupros.com or call (469) 746-4040.
Do you offer group discounts for individuals registering together?
Yes. If three or more individuals register together for the same class date, contact us for group pricing. We also offer discounts for students, veterans, and union members on select courses. For larger groups or corporate training needs, explore our on-site training options which may be more cost-effective.
What certification do I receive after completing a class?
Each course provides the appropriate industry certification. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses include the official Department of Labor OSHA card mailed within 2-3 weeks (you receive a temporary certificate same day). CPR/First Aid/AED and BLS courses provide American Heart Association or ASHI certification cards issued same day. Equipment certifications include a wallet card and employer verification letter.
Are virtual classes live or recorded?
All virtual public safety classes are live, instructor-led sessions via Zoom. You participate in real time, ask questions, and interact with the instructor and other students. This is not self-paced recorded content. You must attend the scheduled session times and have your camera on for verification. For self-paced options, check out our online courses.
