Partner and reseller program
The OccuPros safety partner and reseller program
An application-based program for safety consultants, trainers, insurance professionals and aligned service partners that want to refer or resell eligible OccuPros systems, training and resources. The eligible-offer schedule states the availability of each offer, because some services are limited by license and geography and others are delivered by arrangement. Partners may only market an offer within the availability stated for it. The eligible-offer schedule names availability with each offer, because some services are Texas only, some are coordinated through verified partners, and some are still being built.
Application only, with the standard scope published here · Final fit confirmed before work begins · Program administered remotely nationwide

Published starting investment
Application only
Eligible offers, attribution, territory, payment timing and commission terms are stated in the written agreement after approval.
Applications open
- Approved offers
- Attribution rules
- Written economics
A channel works only when scope and accountability stay visible.
The program is built to expand reach without allowing unsupported claims, hidden financial relationships or confusion about who delivers the work and who owns the client relationship.
Partner qualification
Audience, capability, reputation, conflicts and service fit reviewed before approval.
Eligible-offer list
The agreement names what may be referred or resold and what remains direct-only.
Attribution rules
Lead registration, term, exclusions and duplicate handling documented in advance.
Disclosure standard
Required language for clearly and conspicuously disclosing material connections, which include payment, free or discounted products, and business, family or personal relationships.
Approved messaging
Scope-accurate copy and assets that preserve OccuPros service boundaries.
Written economics
Commission, payment trigger, timing, reversals and territory stated in the signed agreement.
Standard scope
| Commercial item | What the standard scope covers |
|---|---|
| Implementation | Application, review, approved-offer list, messaging, disclosure rules and signed partner agreement. |
| Ongoing service | Partner support and reporting under the eligibility, attribution and payment rules in the agreement. |
| Outside standard scope | Automatic acceptance, public commission promises, authority to bind OccuPros, unsupported claims and undisclosed paid endorsements. |
The boundary, stated plainly
Partners may not promise scope, results, credentials or availability beyond approved materials. Any material connection must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Under the FTC Endorsement Guides at 16 CFR 255.5, a material connection is not only payment. It includes commission, free or discounted products or seats, early access, and business, family or personal relationships.
Qualified channels with written rules
Grow reach while keeping claims, attribution, and accountability controlled.
The program is application-based because safety services should not be represented by an unrestricted affiliate link. OccuPros reviews the proposed audience, capabilities, delivery model, reputation, conflicts, and offer fit; then documents which offers may be referred or resold and how the relationship must be described.
Apply and describe the use case
Provide organization details, audience, capabilities, proposed offers, geography, delivery model, and any existing relationship that could affect the review.
Complete fit and risk review
Evaluate service alignment, reputation, conflicts, messaging, client ownership expectations, delivery responsibilities, and the support the partner will need.
Sign the operating agreement
Document eligible offers, attribution, territory, approved claims, disclosures, economics, payment trigger, reversals, data handling, and termination rights.
Refer or resell with oversight
Register eligible opportunities, use approved materials, make required disclosures, preserve scope boundaries, and report activity under the agreed cadence.
Inside the operating model
The channel is designed around trust that can be audited.
Applications are open, but acceptance is not automatic and public commission promises are intentionally excluded. Commercial terms are issued only in an approved written agreement.
Offer and message control
The approved-offer list states what may be presented, who delivers it, and which scope, price, availability, credential, or outcome claims are permitted. Partners cannot expand the promise on their own.
Attribution and economics
Lead registration, duplicate handling, attribution term, commission trigger, payment timing, reversals, territory, and exclusions are written before a transaction depends on them.
Disclosure and quality oversight
Required material-relationship language, approved assets, monitoring, complaint routing, data handling, and corrective action protect the customer and both organizations as the channel grows.
Inputs, outputs, and decision boundaries
Know what has to go in, and what a successful handoff looks like.
