Generic orientation teaches generic hazards
A stock orientation video tells a new hire about hazards in general. It does not tell them which door is the emergency exit, which aisle the forklifts use, who the first aid responders are, or what your rule is on the thing that nearly hurt someone last year.

An assessment that counts
So completion means something you can point to, and so you know who did not understand a section.
Records you can produce
Completion tracked in your portal against the person, with certificates retrievable on request.

Does it cover contractors and visitors as well as new hires?

Is it bilingual?
Bilingual by default. OSHA requires training in a language and vocabulary the employee can understand, so we build to that rather than translating afterwards.
